I hope that you get this e-mail. What can I say but congratulations. I was delighted when I checked the Institute web page this morning. Of course, I wasn't in the least bit surprised. You will be an excellent Vicar. I'm sure that Frank is disappointed that you are not returning to the District, but he and I talked about this during his January visit and he also knew that it was a possibility. I do hope that we will still see each other from time to time but I know that you will do a great job. I have only one question, however!! When I see you picture next to Alvaro's, you almost look like brothers. I just can figure out who is the baldest. Okay, you can ship me out to the Sudan tomorrow. I delighted for you and will keep you in my prayers. You will be on a whirld-wind the next few months, but when you get a chance, let me know how you are adjusting and doing. Take care.
