Thanksgiving service on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of La Salle University in Bogota, Colombia
: Last November 14 La Salle University completed 39 years of uninterrupted service and began its 40th year celebrations. The Lasallian community celebrated this important event with a Thanksgiving Te Deum service which was attended by a large number of administrators and teachers who came together to give thanks to God for the University's work and development that have come about over the course of these years.

In this way the University began its 40th year as a Catholic and Lasallian institution. Today, it looks over the traveled road, strengthened by the goals it has achieved, but also committed more and more each day in its ever-increasing role by the efforts of those who have contributed to this ministry and those who continue to contribute to it today, according to the reality of the country. La Salle University pushes forward, more determined than ever, forming young people in an integrated way and laying solid bridges between academia and society, built upon bases of faith, commitment, fraternity, justice and service.
