 The application process begins with you completing the Personal Profile form provided here in Adobe Acrobat format (this form can be copied, if necessary) and sending it to the contact person noted for the program you are interested in. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the documents in this section. If you do not have a copy, you can  download a free copy of the Reader from Adobe. It is recommended that you follow up by E-mailing or calling the contact person after you think they have received your Personal Profile. Be sure to have a list of questions on hand prior to E-mailing or calling the contact person(s).
It is important to note that situations and circumstances change at many of these sites. They may not always be able to accommodate everyone interested in serving with them. For better results it is recommended that you contact the site(s) you are interested in well in advance.
