Brothers make their Perpetual Profession of Vows

Kimbe, (Papua – New Guinea) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), May 2018

When Brothers make their perpetual profession of vows, it is an occasion of joy for the whole Institute and the whole Church. It marks the public expression of a determination to continue to respond to God’s call throughout one’s whole life as a consecrated religious and a De La Salle Brother.

So it is with great joy that today we can tell the whole Lasallian family that two of our Brothers made their final vows last month. Brother Luke Warnanuk made his on May the 12th in Kimbe, Papua New Ginea, and Brorther Nicolas Chamorro did likewise on May the 19th in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The lives of these two Brothers are a blessing for their respective Districts of Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan and Papua New Guinea (ANZPPNG) and of Argentina – Paraguay. They are a sign of hope for the continuation of the work for childhood and youth that has been carried out for the past 300 years, renewed and adapted to the different cultures and contexts where the Brothers are present and are fulfilling their Lasallian educational mission.
