Christmas 2020
Dear Brothers, Partners, Students and all Members of the Lasallian Family,
During this most extraordinary Christmastime, I reaffirm my belief in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life. We are called to be light to a world covered by the cloud of COVID-19, brightly shining beacons of hope to our suffering and sick sisters and brothers, and bearers of the Good News of eternal life to those who mourn the loss of loved ones.
In the midst of uncertainty, upset and economic precarity, let us bring joy to the world through life-affirming acts of kindness to those plagued by anxiety, overwhelmed by virus fatigue and burdened with bills to be paid.
At Christmas and in the New Year, let us proclaim our belief in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life and celebrate the birth of Jesus by being life-giving sisters and brothers to all whom we encounter.
