\"\"Brother Armin Luistro, Superior General of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, has appointed Ms Mar\u00eda Eugenia Quinodoz as a member of the International Council for Association and the Lasallian Educational Mission (CIAMEL), from 20 May 2025 until 14 May 2028.<\/p>\n

Mar\u00eda Eugenia has been a Lasallian practically all her life. \u201cI have been part of this beautiful community as a student since I was 3 years old\u201d, she declares. Between 1999 and 2013 she did her initial, primary and secondary schooling at Colegio La Salle Paran\u00e1, where she obtained a baccalaureate diploma with a major on Social Sciences and Humanities.<\/p>\n

Her parents have also been linked to the Lasallian Mission: \u201cmy father is a former student, and my mother has been a teacher in the same school\u201d, says Mar\u00eda, who is part of the District of Argentina-Paraguay.<\/p>\n

In 2019 she earned a Degree in Psycho-Pedagogy from the Teresa de \u00c1vila Faculty at the Catholic University of Argentina, Paran\u00e1. She is currently studying for a Teaching Degree in Higher Education at the Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional, Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n

She has taken part actively in Youth Ministry, first as coordinator in her school (2015- 2018) and then as part of the District Team (2019-2024). Also, in 2022 she was a delegate for her District at the International Symposium of Young Lasallians.<\/p>\n

She is currently working as a Psycho-Educationalist, Teacher, Form Teacher and Catechist at the Secondary level at Colegio La Salle de Paran\u00e1, located in the Entre R\u00edos<\/em> region (Argentina). She also teaches Educational Psychology, and Fundamentals and Principles of Psycho-Pedagogical evaluation at the Catholic University of Argentina.<\/p>\n

Regarding her new appointment, Maria comments that \u201cthe invitation to join CIAMEL fills me with joy and at the same time with the desire to learn and continue to grow in order to contribute to the mission bestowed to us by our Holy Founder\u201d. \u201cIt is a challenge that I take on with great gratitude and responsibility\u201d, she concludes.<\/p>\n
