<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasalle.org\/en\/formation-pathway-for-formators-and-those-responsible-for-pastoral-ministry-of-vocations-a-community-experience-of-conversion-and-hope\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formation Pathway for formators and those responsible for Pastoral Ministry<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Vocations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, envisioned as a \u201cshared pilgrimage\u201d around the formation and accompaniment of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, at the dawn of the new year 2026, the calendar of virtual sessions to be held over the coming months has been announced, in preparation for the<\/span><b> Formators\u2019 Meeting to be held at the Generalate in Rome from 7 to 15 May 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There will be four formation sessions \u2013 one per month \u2013 in which some Brothers will share their reflections on various specific topics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>3 February<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The five thresholds of formation: The integrality of the consecrated person<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, led by Brother Paulo Dullius.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>10 March<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accompaniment and the culture of formators as spiritual teachers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, led by Brother Val\u00e8re Adonsou.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>8 April: <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discernment of tensions, convergences and structural knots, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">led by Brother Carlos G\u00f3mez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>1 May: <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparing the community heart for Rome: convergence on the essential, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">led by Brother Mart\u00edn Digilio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Fifty people <\/b>from all Lasallian Regions and Districts <b>are expected to participate in<\/b> the face-to-face session in Rome.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the horizon of this journey of conversion and hope, in which formators and those responsible for pastoral ministry of vocations are participating, the words of Brother Armin Luistro, Superior General, at the initial session on 19 September 2025, resonate: \u201cThe Brother is not simply a professional educator or a social worker. <\/span><b>He is a consecrated man whose life is a living parable of God&#8217;s love, whose community is a sign of fraternity in a divided world, and whose mission is to make God known to those most in need<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe place this special and essential intention for the Institute in the hands of God, Our Lord\u201d, expressed Brother Carlos G\u00f3mez, Vicar General, remembering in particular, \u201cthe young people who are part of these initial formation processes, such as Postulants, Novices or Scholastics\u201d. \u201c<\/span><b>Let us pray to the &#8216;Lord of the Harvest&#8217; to send more workers into his Vineyard, so that we may continue to be witnesses of Jesus Christ in the world of education\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, concluded the Vicar General.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
