project, in which La Salle\u2019s socio-educational organisations in Spain are participating \u2013 serving Lasallian centres in Andalusia and Melilla \u2013 has reached a new key milestone with the official launch of the DriveED LMS platform.<\/p>\n<p>This international initiative has moved from the design phase to making the capacity-building programme directly accessible to youth organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Through the DriveED LMS platform, organisations and those working directly with young people will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess their organisational capacity and identify any shortcomings.<\/li>\n<li>Access modular training content tailored to real needs, such as climate literacy and regulatory frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Apply practical tools for project design, communication, fundraising and youth engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:22px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;\"><strong>Ongoing learning<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>In keeping with its philosophy, EARTH proposes a cycle of ongoing learning based on four steps: self-assessment, learning, application and improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Through this system, organisations play an active role in ensuring that learning is integrated into their day-to-day practice.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, the Lasallian socio-educational initiatives in Andalusia and Melilla (Spain) reaffirm their commitment to educational innovation, sustainable
