He wished &#8220;to express his gratitude to the School of the Brothers of the Christian Schools for the intellectual, cultural, moral and religious preparation received during his studies at the school in the Dominican Republic&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Brother Robert, Brother Superior General, said he was equally happy and grateful for the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>H.E. Mr. Luis Emilio Montalvo Arzeno earned a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Psychology from Fordham University, New York (USA); a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and a Master&#8217;s Degree from Loyola University, Chicago (USA). He also holds a Doctorate in Medicine from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (Intec) and a Specialisation in Psychiatry from the Instituto de Investigaciones Neuropsiqui\u00e1tricas (Cl\u00ednica L\u00f3pez Ibor), Madrid (Spain).<\/p>\n<p>H.E.
