the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian<br \/>\nSchools and together with the International Assembly of the Lasallian Educational Mission they constitute the<br \/>\nrepresentative assemblies that evaluate, discuss and plan the future of Institute.<\/li>\n<li>The General Chapter has a direct impact on the life of the Brothers, the governance of the Institute and the<br \/>\ndevelopment of the Lasallian Educational Mission which is examined and discussed in depth by the International<br \/>\nAssembly of the Lasallian Educational Mission.<\/li>\n<li>The General Chapter is the result of processes of reflection involving hundreds of Lasallians from the 33 Districts<br \/>\nof the Institute, that is to say, people from all over the world, through consultations with Districts, Brothers and<br \/>\ncommunities, the International Assembly of the Lasallian Educational Mission, the International Symposium of<br \/>\nYoung Lasallians, the International Assembly of Young Brothers and the International Strategic Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Guided by the Global Compact on Education and the Declaration on the Lasallian Educational Mission, the General<br \/>\nChapter will define paths to continue transforming lives.<\/li>\n<li>The three phases in which the Chapter will take place:<br \/>\nJoy in thanksgiving (Arrival and encounter),<br \/>\nBoldness in truth (reports, evaluation and projection), and<br \/>\nStrength in decision (election of the Government and approval of proposals).<\/li>\n<li>The General Chapter is an assembly that is framed in terms of Pope Francis\u2019 call to live in an atmosphere of synodality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
