To commemorate the heroic vow of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, Nicholas Vuyart, and Gabriel Drolin in 1691, the Institute will launch the Istituto Convitto Jesus Magister Consortium\u00a0 (ICJM Consortium) on November 21, 2023.\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>The ICJM Consortium will work with the Commissions, Regional\/District\/Sector formation and mission Offices, and various Lasallian educational institutions, in offering continuing formation and learning programs for Brothers and Partners across the Institute.\u00a0The continuing learning programs cover three different areas, namely: Lasallian leadership development; Lasallian pedagogy; and, Religious education\/catechesis. \u00a0<\/span>The ICJM Consortium will endeavor to create a more structured program for the Lasallian Brothers and Partners and members of other religious congregations who wish to take the courses in the areas above and eventually earn the relevant advanced degree.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>To start its work, the Consortium will partner with selected universities in the regions of the Institute.\u00a0 These universities currently offer certificate and degree programs within the program areas. Thus, the ICJM Consortium\u00a0<\/span>launch will be highlighted by the ceremonial signing of a memorandum of understanding between the\u00a0 ICJM Consortium and the initial set of partner Lasallian universities from various Regions.<\/span>
