On St. Joseph’s Day, March 19, 2020, the Vietnam District held a Robing Ceremony for five postulants at the Mai Thon La Salle Chapel. The five postulants took the next important step in their decision to become Brothers of Christian Schools. Each of them received the habit, a bible, and a six-decade rosary. The Habit Taking Ceremony symbolizes a deeper commitment to their commitment to the De La Salle Christian Brothers.
Due to the spread of coronavirus, the parents and relatives of these five young men could not attend the ceremony. However, many Brothers, La Salle Sisters, and Lasallian Alumni attended the ceremony.
Right after the Mass, all of the attendees had a good lunch with the New Brothers.
