Until the late 1960s, the Istituto Convitto Jesus Magister (ICJM) ran as a training organisation for the Brothers of the Christian Schools, also open to other religious congregations. In its current form, the ICJM extends its reach to the Institute’s lay collaborators, partnering with Lasallian institutions through a Consortium.

The Office of ICJM Consortium acts as a platform for ongoing professional development, training, and research throughout the global network of Lasallian institutions, identifying existing programmes to be developed into short-term, online or in-person courses, certificates, diplomas, and advanced degrees with academic accreditation. These programmes focus on four areas:
