Lasallian formation is a lifelong journey. Therefore, the main goal of the Commission on Formation is to enable and build, together with the Brothers and Lasallian lay partners, a formative, vocational movement with a view to the educational mission. Assuming that Lasallian formation is inclusive – for everyone – the Commission seeks to increase the number of people who wish to take on this mission as a vocation, preparing multipliers – formator men and women – taking into account their realities and from the perspective of Lasallian charism and spirituality, in order to increase the accessibility and impact of the mission.

It is expected that everyone who undertakes a formation programme will undergo a process of transformation accompanied by their community. It is not just a matter of offering content, but of integrating the whole person, providing them with experiences of growth, internalisation and reflection.
