The Office of Vocations and Volunteer Ministry seeks to respond to the priorities established by the 46th General Chapter of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, as well as by the Third International Assembly of the Lasallian Educational Mission (III AIMEL), by developing a culture of Lasallian vocations and the establishment and accompaniment of  international communities of Lasallians, while also contributing to the formation of volunteers.

To this end, it works in close collaboration with the International Team of Vocations, the Standing Committee on Young Brothers, the Commission on Youth, the Commission on Association, the Commission on Formation, and the Commission on Consecrated Life, among others.
