General Council

“The General Council is convoked and presided over by Brother Superior General or, in his absence, by the Brother Vicar General. The frequency and the arrangement of the meetings, as well as the nature and kind of vote required in each case, are regulated by the norms of Canon Law and of Institute legislation.”
(Rule 129).
