“Renewing our commitment to the pastoral ministry of evangelisation” is one of the commitments made by the 46th General Chapter of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, based on the recognition of the rapid changes in the global religious landscape and the imperative to provide the Lasallian Family with resources and theological and catechetical formation. 

Therefore, from a synodal perspective, the Commission on Evangelization focuses its work on listening, discernment and dialogue, in order to prioritise, with creative fidelity, attention to the religious dimension, the spiritual life of young people and religious education in general, exploring opportunities for collaboration and sharing of good practices among Lasallian educators and pastoralists — , as 1 La Salle — in order to respond to the challenges and spiritual needs of today’s young people, linking intimacy with God with solidarity, contemplation, interiority, social justice, and the common good.
